Parent Achievements
Parents and carers help young people at the school in number of ways. Some join in with our CARE group helping to organise school discos and community events such as Race Nights – see further information on the CARE page. Other’s help us as Target Tutors supporting small groups of Y7 students once a week helping them to settle into the school. The school has a number of parent governors who help to lead learning and development across the school. Adults from across the wider community also access the school facilities for their own learning ranging from ICT classes to fitness programmes to strengthening families courses. The school is also fortunate to have a network of local employers who work in partnership to provide alternative learning pathways for students.
