Wisewatch
As RCS develops as a community organisation and Full Service School we are keen to develop opportunities for partnership working across the locality which encourage joined up ways of approaching the needs of our young people and their families. Wisewatch began as a result of the school noticing a ‘pattern’ in the nature of complaints being made by the community about anti-social behaviour and has been developed as a multi-agency team composed of housing, neighbourhood wardens, community police, park staff, staff from organisations such as the High Street Centre, community members and professionals from the school. Initiatives such as a truancy watch have been developed and the group works together to develop joint solutions to meet the needs of young people in the community and ‘problem-solve’ any connected community issues. For further information please contact either Rachel Mullins (Community and Family Services manager) or Rob Haines (Assistant Head) at the school.
If you see any students that are out of school please call 01709 512290.
